Everything was great, polite staff, particularly nice views of the Ferry Building and bay.

Staff and rooms are very good here, had a fairly nice stay for the holidays.

The hotel was contemporary, and I appreciated helpful staff and well-appointed room. The venue was in a super central location close to shops. The buffet breakfast was savoury with amazing views.

Well-maintained place overall, it is clean, location is best possible next to the ferry building. Polite and approachable staff. Financial district deserves to be explored.

The hotel property was cool with HANDY location adjacent to the ferry building, California Street, the sea.

I loved the common room and thoughtful staff. Lots of supplies in the room: coffee, cable television and large windows. Pool was incredible too. In addition, the parking was nearby.

All the rooms are beautiful and the stuff is fantastic. Marvellous breakfast, perfect location. Restaurant is good.

All good - we loved our stay - food was different and excellent co-operating staff. Room was nicely furnished and beds were soft. The team there provided nice service.

Outstanding staff and a well airconditioned room, reasonably priced place. Breakfast was large and had lots of meals. Exceptional location just a pleasant stroll away from a storefront museum. Early check-in and IMPECCABLE customer service.

i loved this well-maintained hotel, it did not disappoint. the room was perfect, breakfast was lovely and the staff very cordial. top location - within walking distance of a market and stores. the beach nearby was nice and the view was perfect. service was exceptional throughout the venue.

The folks working here were very sympathetic and we liked its super central location. Our room was air conditioned, good service.

The location was strategic, the bed was lovely, and the staff was very obliging. Had lovely continental breakfast with amazing views. Room was amazing and amazing, I loved that microwave, coffee and closet space were available. Generally everything was wonderful, nevertheless the bathroom was tiny.

Regular double room, excellent pool, marble bathroom. Garden areas were small and staff was hard-working. Ideal location, within easy walking distance of Ferry Building Market.

we had a room with bay views. the hotel is in the financial district. for dinner, we went to tadich grill, it was metres from the venue. would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our time here. Lots of places to visit, such as restaurants and bars close to the hotel. What's more, getting to Jackson Square Historic District Park on foot takes about 10 mins. The bar was not far from the venue.

fantastic place for party, recommended. we loved sitting on the balcony. they serve excellent food.

You can reach Embarcadero subway station within 5 minutes walk and transamerica pyramid is right by the hotel. We dined at Slanted Door, that is just 1000 feet away. Private parking onsite was provided. Perfect for trip:)))

A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like Slanted Door that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Wonderful base for a city break in San Francisco! We appreciated our stay, and we recommend the hotel:)))

Within a walking distance of the restaurant Hog Island Oyster Company. This hotel was near such tourist places as the exploratorium. We greatly enjoyed the food and staff, the venue had absolutely everything we needed. Financial district certainly deserves to be visited...
